Villa Vasquez is a small town (20K People) of the San Fernando de Monte Cristi province, located in the North West side in The Dominican Republic.
This town is famous for Playa Buen Hombre, a natural paradise! This beach is all natural, there is no resorts or big hotels around the beach. There you will find only a little hotel, which makes of this place a "must-go!".
The road to the beach is in very good conditions, so you can drive to the beach in any type of car. There are bus services to Villa Vasquez, like Caribe Tours, a private bus service, and from Villa Vasquez you will have to pay a taxi to the beach. The cost of the bus will depend on the city from you take it to Villa Vasquez, it may vary from US$7.00 to $10.00 per person. Taxis will charge you around US$10.00 to $20.00 per ride, depending on the number of people and the type of car.

As soon as you get to the beach, you will find little seafood restaurants at the beach with real fresh seafood, such as lobster, crab, shrimp, fish and more. The prices are relatively low, if compared with cities as Santiago or Santo Domingo.
